John Bryan, Richmond, Virginia, angler and author of “The James River In Richmond,” will “open the bag” for fishing enthusiasts at the show.
Recipient of the coveted Guardian of the River Award from the James River Association, Bryan has written for such publications as Sports Illustrated, Bassmaster, and Field & Stream.
But his collection of fishing secrets come from all over the country, gathered as Bryan toured these United States last year when the Recreational Boating and Fishing Foundation sent the storied angler to Boston, Miami, Detroit, San Diego, Phoenix, and elsewhere to explore overlooked fishing holes, meet local anglers, and promote his new book, “Take Me Fishing.”
