DISCOVERIES WILL DELIGHT AT RV SHOW
Friday, September 22, 2006
Discoveries about exciting new 2007 model recreational vehicles and phenomenal pricing on the remaining 2006 inventory await attendees at the 18th Fall New Jersey RV Show. Opening October 6 and running through October 8, 2006, the RV Show will be held at the New Jersey Convention Center, 97 Sunfield Ave, Raritan Center, Edison, NJ
For example, RVers seeking an easy tow will have a lot to like with the Jayco super light trailers. Ken Jenner, of Kadco Trailer Sales, 1214 Route 130, Robbinsville, said, “The super light and super rigid frames coupled with Jayco’s TuffShell vacuum-bonded laminated walls, roof and floors make for easier and more aerodynamic towing.” Live large...tow small is what the Jay Feather EXP is all about, added Jenner. That’s because bedrooms expand to allow maximum livability while weight and towing length are kept to a minimum.
There’s more. The Jayco Seneca ZX, a Class C toy hauler with five star accommodations, has motivated raves from Ed Hutchinson Sr., of White Horse Leisure, Inc., 980 N. Blackhorse Pike (RT42), Williamstown, NJ. “Anything you can fit on the 90-inch x 96-inch power lift tailgate will fit in a ZX,” he said. “Throw in the premium paint package and you'll have an outside as hot as the inside.”
RVers interested in motor homes will thrill to the Fleetwood Bounder, one of America's favorite RV brands. According to Jim Lutz, of Meyer's RV Super Store, 1359 River Avenue, Lakewood, NJ, Bounder Diesel adds power and value to the mix with a 300 HP Engine. “The massive 860-foot/pounds of torque generated by the mighty Caterpillar C7 diesel smoothly powers Bounder Diesel over the steepest pass and makes towing a breeze,” said Lutz.
Fans of fifth wheel travel trailers also will find a lot to capture attention. The Outback models Lutz will have on hand focus on aerodynamic and tasteful design throughout and are fashioned with lighter interiors for the fresh look of today. Outback has earned a reputation for high-end quality at a mid-range price point.
Attendees will also have an opportunity to check firsthand Winnebago’s exciting 2007 motor home lineup. Its stellar Class C lineup features the new, value-priced Winnebago Access and Itasca Impulse. The Access and Impulse offer six models that range in length from 22 to 31 feet. Notable floorplan highlights include the 28P, 29T and 31C that feature a large, rear storage trunk and 80-inch interior height in the galley and lounge areas.
And luxury-minded RVers will discover that motor homes such as Travel Supreme and Dynamax, displayed by Cartec, 2015 Route 206, Bordentown, NJ, are truly “condos on wheels.” said John Tarantino.
“The DynaQuest Touring Cruiser offers incredible diesel performance and extraordinary luxury styling. It offers Dynamax's distinctive contoured Freightliner front-end for superior aerodynamics, driveability and safety. But what really sets DynaQuest apart is what it doesn't offer - size. DynaQuest is somewhat smaller than those big Class A's giving it much greater maneuverability. With its wonderful agility, DynaQuest can take you places those big guys can only dream of.”
RVers planning to establish that second home on a lake or in the mountains will discover incredible flexibility and affordability in the Canterbury park model units on display by Hitcharama, 4121 Route 42, Turnersville, NJ. Scott Hayden said these unique structures feature quality construction, creative design and family comfort. Hitcharama will also have on display an assortment of Layton, Wilderness, Cherokee and Starcraft travel trailers in various lengths and designs for the most discriminating RVer.
